Dental insurance plans
Currently, we do accept dental insurance plans that are NOT HMOs and allow you freedom to choose us as your dentist. We will be happy to fill out the insurance paperwork for you and subsequently submit a claim for the procedures done; however KEEP IN MIND that dental insurance IS NOT like medical insurance. That is, for most procedures there often times is a co-payment that is due from you. This co-payment varies as to the procedure performed.
We accept several methods of payment
We do accept checks either by postal mail or in person.
Visa / Mastercard / Discover
We now accept payment plans through the CareCredit healthcare financing system. Initial application for financing can be made online at CareCredit by computer or by smartphone or in person by telephone at 1-800-365-8295. Lastly, you may ask us for a CareCredit application form to fill out and mail in. You can use CareCredit to finance existing balances and co-pays as well as toward future treatment options you want.
Care Credit patient financing
We accept most credit cards and debit cards offered by Visa and Mastercard and Discover or your bank.  You can use these cards to finance your existing balances and co-pays as well as future treatment that you want.  You present the card in person at the end your appointment for payment.  You can also call us on the telephone and phone in your credit card number, CVV number and expiration date of the card; we can process your payment at that point as well.
We do provide substantial discounts to people for dental treatment when cash is paid toward the FULL balance. It is typically paid at the end of every visit so that no previous balance is carried forward. This eases procedures in the billing department.
